On December 23, MARI conducted the 2021 Outstanding Graduate Student Debriefing in the A705 Lecture Hall of the Third Complex, which was chaired by Mr. Liangzhi You.
Mr. Liangzhi You delivered a speech at the meeting. He said that the choice of graduate school should have a higher orientation and requirements, should be improved in thinking, academic progress, skills and postgraduate students should have initiative, consciousness and participation, cherish the moment, seize the opportunity, expand the vision.
After that, this year's outstanding postgraduates reported their work progress in turn. 2020 master of quantitative economics Cong Ju reported on his work in the year 2021 from participating in research competitions, social practice and group activities, analyzing his development and shortcomings from his work and hoping to improve himself in future research. 2019 master of agricultural economic management Jiacheng Pan shared his "song list" to introduce his insights in research this year. Hui Tao, Class of 2019, believed that courage and perseverance are synonymous with this year, and that having them has enabled her to achieve many breakthroughs in research and skills. Fei Wang, master of agricultural economic management, Class of 2019, shared the "twists and turns" of publishing an article. Haodong Wei, MSc in Resource and Environmental Information Engineering, Class of 2020, talked about how research is a process of solving problems and improving oneself, and how it is important to first clarify research goals, be problem-oriented and find problems to solve. Xu Shijie, MSc Crop Cultivation and Farming, Class of 2019, talked about his psychological confusion and academic exploration in the process of doing interdisciplinary research. The MSc in Quantitative Economics, Class of 2019, Manman Yao reported on his studies this year and hoped that he could plan well to further improve himself. 2020 MSc in Agricultural Engineering and Information Technology, Xingyu Zhang, continued to enrich herself by learning knowledge and skills, conducting scientific research and participating in the construction of think tanks.
During the meeting, the participating teachers jointly presented the honorary certificates to the outstanding postgraduates of this year.
