获奖名称: 科研论文《一种基于图(链接本体)的整合生物学异构数据源的方法

本人贡献: 创新大赛指导老师。构建了农业生物领域一系列本体知识库。通过对异质异构、多模态的水稻及微生物科学数据本体相关研究,成功研制了水稻基因-性状元链接本体和乳酸菌群-疾病元链接本体。其中,水稻基因-性状元链接本体可以对Oryzabase、RAP-DB、MSU-RGAP等九个水稻公共数据库的数据进行标准化语义标注,乳酸菌群-疾病元链接本体可以对RegPrecise、MiBioGen、Peryton等十二个乳酸菌公共数据库数据进行标准化语义标注。经过元链接本体标注处理后,分别去除了水稻公共数据库和乳酸菌公共数据库中13.6%和5.3%的数据冗余,实现了数据的标准统一。在此基础上,还研制了基于元链接本体的农业生物多模态数据智能化识别算法,可以在20-50秒的时间成本下,达到90%以上的农业生物多模态数据识别精度。

 完成人获得了该项奖励。ISO/IEC 19763-7:2015的完成历时7年,该项ISO标准为注册异质异构的语义Web服务提供了一个公共元模型及基础设施,从而有效的促进了各种类型的服务之间的互操作
